We often have customers who no longer have access to the original tooling. When this happens we can reverse engineer the profiles back to a digital drawing ready for tooling, becoming the established leaders in this field.
Our custom die systems are manufactured for the processing of various polymers, such as PVC rigid and flexible polypropylene, ABS, TPE, TPR, EVA, and Nylon.6/12. We also supply profile extrusions to numerous industries and our in-house extrusion lines are both single screw and twin screw with an output range of 10kg/hr to 280kg/hr throughput.
